Top GCSE results with 77% A*-C with English and Maths!

98% of all students from Swakeleys School for Girls achieved 5 or more A* to C!

25% of the girls achieved more than 5A*/A grades!

Following our recent Outstanding Ofsted, we have once again improved the percentage achieving the gold standard of 5 or more top grades including English and Maths. Particularly impressive is the fact that despite well publicised government changes, 91% of our girls achieved A* to C grades in English. We are delighted – everyone worked so hard to achieve these results!

Some individual successes at the highest A*/A level include:
Julia Bahja – 11A*, 4A
Helen Philbrook – 10A*, 3A
Anastasia Sonkin – 5A*, 8A
Sonia Shinhmar – 5A*, 8A
Kritika Rai – 3A*, 10A
Manpreet Pattar – 3A* 9A
Ellah Mwale – 2A*, 12A
Aisha Khan – 2A*, 10A

Sonia’s twin Sonam also scooped a string of top grades along with Chloe Lachasseigne and Mujda Aymagh who made phenomenal progress in her time at Swakeleys.

Vocational students did equally well with Naila Nurudin achieving 2A*, 3A grades including a grade A in English GCSE and Madeline Harris achieving 4A*, 6B and 2C grades including English and Maths. Our blind student Nazrana Nasrati, achieved C grades in her BTEC Art qualification. She stunned Ofsted inspectors on their recent visit to the school leaving them awestruck by her achievements in the light of the fact that she has never seen.
